UMOE Advanced Composites (UAC) has secured a second order from P2X Solutions for three 45-foot high cube Multi-Element Gas Containers (MEGCs) to support a Power-to-X hydrogen project in Finland.
The latest order follows UAC’s 2025 delivery of 12 hydrogen MEGCs and two e-methane MEGCs for use at Finland’s first industrial-scale green hydrogen production facility in Harjavalta. The containers are used to transport hydrogen from the site to industrial customers.
The project forms part of P2X Solutions’ wider plans to develop multiple green hydrogen and synthetic fuel facilities, targeting 1 GW of hydrogen production capacity over the next decade, alongside production of e-methane, e-methanol and e-ammonia.
