Indian company, Reliance Industries, has entered a 15-year Supply and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Samsung C&T Corporation, in South Korea, beginning in the final months of 2029.
The Supply and Purchase Agreement is valued at US$3 billion (€2.5 billion).
The agreement with Samsung C&T is the first of a series of long-term offtake partnerships using Reliance Industries’ New Energy platform.
Reliance Industries’ New Energy platform includes electrolyser systems, battery energy storage systems and solar modules, creating an end-to-end ammonia value chain.
