AIRCO Opens Pennsylvania Manufacturing Hub for Modular Fuel Systems
AIRCO has announced the opening of a new manufacturing and integration facility in New Britain, Pennsylvania, which will serve as the company’s primary hub for scaling production of its modular power-to-liquid fuel systems.

The new site will support manufacturing of AIRCO’s containerised MAD (Mobile, Adaptable, and Dynamic) Fuel System™, designed to produce synthetic fuel for jets and ground vehicles using captured CO₂. The systems are being developed for deployment with government and defence partners and are intended to reduce reliance on traditional fuel transport and resupply logistics.

The facility will also consolidate the company’s R&D, engineering, operations and manufacturing activities into a single campus as AIRCO continues expanding its fuel technology platform.

The announcement follows recent funding support from the U.S. Air Force and builds on AIRCO’s growing presence in the defence and aviation sectors, including partnerships with JetBlue and Virgin Atlantic.
