Saudi Arabian Refineries Company has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UAE-based GO Energy Company to jointly explore the development of a green hydrogen and ammonia project in Saudi Arabia.

Under the agreement, the two companies will conduct a joint study to develop the proposed project and design a legal framework to support their cooperation. The MoU, effective from the date of signing on 11 October 2025, will remain in place for one year unless extended by mutual consent.
