ORLEN S.A. and Ren-Gas have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance green hydrogen and e-methane cooperation.

Under the MoU, Ren-Gas will explore supplying renewable e-methane produced from its Power-to-Gas portfolio to Orlen’s operations in Poland, supporting Orlen’s strategic shift towards low carbon energy solutions.

The collaboration includes joint work on cross border value chain development, regulatory and legislative frameworks within the EU and technical and infrastructural solutions for large scale supply and distribution.

This agreement represents a significant step towards accelerating the energy transition and enabling cleaner, synthetic fuels for industry and transportation in Europe.
