Lhyfe is to transfer its shares from market regulated Euronext Paris to growth-focussed Euronext Growth Paris.

Lhyfe is a European energy transition group and a producer and supplier of green and renewable hydrogen.

Approval will be finalised at the AGM scheduled for 22 May 2026. Subject to shareholder approval and the agreement of Euronext Paris, the accelerated procedure would only involve existing shares with no issuance of new securities.

The move would situate Lyfe for a better maturity and strengthen visibility among investors.

Euronext Growth Paris currently brings together more than 500 listed companies, across a range of industries including energy.
