Greenway Technologies has signed a non-binding term sheet with Swift Creek, LLC for the potential deployment of its patented gas-to-liquids G-Reformer™ technology.
Under the proposed terms, Swift Creek would purchase a micro-plant combining Greenway’s G-Reformer™ and Fischer Tropsch units, capable of producing at least five barrels per day of liquid hydrocarbons. The purchase price is expected to be approximately $16 million, with Greenway retaining 20 percent of the agreed offtake. Definitive agreements are expected to be negotiated by the first quarter of 2026.
The term sheet also envisages Swift Creek acting as a representative for Greenway to promote and market the systems to potential customers, in return for agreed commissions. Swift Creek is a Native and veteran-owned company supporting technology and economic development projects, including those with potential access to US government funding.
Greenway said the agreement marks a step towards commercialising its gas-to-liquids and gas-to-hydrogen technologies, which are designed to convert natural gas at the point of use into transportable liquid fuels. The technology can be configured to produce synthetic diesel, jet fuel, sustainable aviation fuel and methanol, with applications including stranded natural gas resources.
