Elogen, a GTT Group company specialising in Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Polish engineering firm Rockfin to accelerate the deployment of green hydrogen systems across Central Europe and the wider EMEA region.

Under the partnership, Elogen will provide its PEM electrolyser stacks and modular Modulyser™ systems, while Rockfin will handle local integration, Balance of Plant assembly, and turnkey delivery. The collaboration also allows Rockfin to incorporate Elogen’s stacks into electrolysers marketed under its own brand, HyVentive.

Together, the companies will offer locally supported, scalable hydrogen solutions designed to meet the growing needs of the industrial, energy, and mobility sectors. The partnership aims to strengthen Europe’s hydrogen value chain through technological innovation, regional expertise, and shared commitment to the energy transition.

By combining Elogen’s proven electrolyser technology with Rockfin’s engineering and integration capabilities, the partnership is set to expand access to efficient, flexible, and cost-competitive hydrogen production systems, reinforcing Central Europe’s role in the continent’s clean energy transformation.
